Exchanges and refunds

Please plan your festival weekend carefully. Mudgee Readers' Festival can provide full refunds up to 72 hours before an event. Exchanges are permitted to another session during the festival by request. Please email info@mudgeereaders.com to request an exchange or refund.

Being late affects the participants and the rest of the audience. Mudgee Readers' Festival reserves the right  to admit latecomers only during a suitable break in the proceedings. Check the session times and plan ahead. Mudgee Readers' Festival regrets it is not possible to refund a missed event.

General Ticketing information

Mudgee Readers' Festival will email a record of your ticket purchases but in the interest of minimising the Festival's impact on the environment you will not receive physical tickets. Your name will appear on the door list at each event if you have purchased a ticket, so it is not necessary for you to print the confirmation.

The Festival is made up of free and ticketed events. Tickets to paid events can be bought on this website. Tickets are also available at the Festival Hub in the Mudgee Library on Friday 10 August 10am—2pm and over the Festival weekend. Paid events do sell out quickly so we recommend you buy your tickets in advance.

Admission to free events is on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to arrive early as places are limited. Bookings are required for a number of free sessions. For these sessions, you will see ‘Free, RSVP essential’ on the event page.
