The Mudgee Poetry Slam was formed in 2024, to share a love of the spoken word and to celebrate local poets. The slam is held monthly at Roth’s Wine Bar and is open to all.

Mudgee Readers’ Festival is excited to partner with Mudgee Poetry Slam for our 2025 festival.

There will be two events:

• Poetry Slam Qualifying Event (July)

• Mudgee Readers’ Festival Poetry Event (15 August)
